Parts list: Main frame, Left and right Rails, Front & Back Rails, Left side, Right side, Axel, 2 Wheels.
Hardware: 6 5" x 1/4" Bolts, 4 3.5" x 1/4 Bolts, 10 1/4" Washers, 10 1/4" wing Nuts, 6 1" Hole Washers, 2 pin clips.
Assemble in order shown: Left Rail and Side with 3 long bolts; Right Rail and side with 3 Long Bolts; turn upside down, insert axel; add wheels with 2 washers inside and large washer outside, then pin.
