BPMDS Iron Chef - Letter C 6/15/18

A wonderful, if a bit late, start to the 2018 Bubb Park Mothers & Dogs Society Potlucks in the Park. It was Goldilocks weather, not to hot and not too cold with little wind. 17 Families with 51 folks and 5 known dogs (+ 2 others) enjoyed a great evening.

Creativity abounded with Iron Chef - Letter C. Jason Hunt capped the "C" list with his "Crazy Cast Iron Cooked Carrots," and he forgot to add "Caramelized!" It was all so good that the table was quickly reduced to many empty dishes. The Chocolate Cake also disappeared as fast as it was cut. Lots of families and friends, and dogs, caught up with each other and many even played on the grass. A very nice, mellow evening.

A continuing "Thank You" to George Jacob for picking up, delivering and returning the tables, and to Doreta Strotman for adding hers.
