BPMDS Red, White & Blue Potluck 7/10/15

Just over 50 people from 20 families enjoyed a perfect evening in the park. The gray skies of the last few days and even into the afternoon gave way to a soft blue with a touch of fluffy white to round out the day. Kids and dogs all relaxed and got along. Even seven month old rescue canine Porter Neubarth played nice with the likes of old Cocoa and stud Elliot, among the 10 dogs present or passing by. That made for a relaxed evening for everyone to catch up on summer travels now complete, or about to begin. Why we even joked about those poor families that couldn't be with us because they were in: San Francisco, Tahoe (2 families), Texas, Chicago, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Galapagos, Germany, or The Baltic. Hey, they can carry the conversation at the August potluck!

But it was a very nice gathering of neighbors and a chance to catch up with old friends and make some new ones.
