BPMDS Potluck - Just Desserts

A great summer evening -- not to hot and nice breeze, but not too much and not too cool. It was a perfect night for "Just Desserts!" Just as you would expect with such a theme, there was no, "Let's stand around and talk before we eat," sort of thing. Just as fast as the wraps came off the food, someone was ready to eat.

And why not! With the exception of a pot of meatballs (which did go fast) no one wanted to be polite and wait while someone else scarfed up the choice desserts that rolled out as people arrived. First come, first eat! The Orange Delight set it up so well that it would have been gone in about 10 minutes if our BPMDS folks had not showed (and it was great) SOME restraint! But, true to form, no one went hungry, and, equally good, there were no sugar-high overdoses.

Unless, of course, you count all the dogs. We had an even dozen (or maybe a Bakers Dozen) who were ready to: be patient; beg for; demand more; handouts. But, as usual, aside for Napoleon Benny's barks, everyone played well together. So here's the table of 20 families, 47 people and 12 dogs who made it all happen.
